To Reset your password:

  1. Click on the Icon on top right corner

  2. Click on Profile

  3. Scroll down the screen till you see the Password section

    1. Enter your existing/current password “tap”

    2. Enter your new password “tap”

    3. Enter your new password again

    4. Click on Change Password

Add a Logo to Profile

  1. Click on the Icon on top right corner

  2. Click on Profile

  3. Click the 'Change' button located below the logo

    1. Click on ‘Upload a Photo’ to change your logo

    2. Click on 'Upload your logo' to select the logo you want to change

    3. Click 'Done' to complete the changes

Add team member. Only apply to Account user

  1. Click on ‘ Team ’ on sidebar

  2. Click on “ Add New User”

    1. Enter your name

    2. Enter your Email

    3. Enter your new password

    4. Enter your confirm password

    5. Click on “ Save” to add new user

  1. Open the case

  2. Scroll down to Download section

  3. Select file to download

  4. Go to Download folder in C drive

  1. Click Create New Case

  2. Enter the ID (internal reference number)

  3. Enter the detail instruction for the case under Description

  4. Select the product/services by click on Add Products icon

  5. Click on Medit Link icon

  6. Sign in with the Medit account

  7. Allow CASE/FILE/SUER from Medit page

  8. Select patient/case by click the Detail

  9. Select the scan file

  10. Click Import icon

  11. Wait till Medit message Import from Medit successfully

  12. Click Create top right corner to complete the case

You can pay per case or option Invoice by the 2rd of the month

For Payment per case option:

  1. Open the case

  2. Scroll down to bottom right till you see Paypal or Credit Card icons

  3. Select the option and click the icon

  4. Follow their instruction

For Invoice payment:

  1. From the Sidebar Menu

  2. Select Finance

  3. Select the Invoice by click on the View Detail

  4. Select the payment option

  5. Follow their instruction

Dashboard provides the summary of your lab works

  1. Open the case

  2. Top right corner, select Shipping option

  3. Copy the tracking number

  4. Click on the Arrow from the first command line

  5. Paste the tracking number

Upload a case

  1. Click on “Case” in the sidebar on the left

  2. Click on “Create A New Case”

    1. Enter your “Internal ID”

    2. Enter your “Description”

    3. Click on 'Add Products' to choose the product you want to process

    4. Click or drag file to this area to upload or you can Import from

      another platform

    5. Click on “Create”

    6. Click on “Agree” to finalize the case

  1. Scroll down to the bottom of the screen till Activities section

  2. Under the Comment

  3. Write and send your message to a CAD designer

Setup the setting parameters

  1. Click on “Design Parameters” in the sidebar on the left

  2. Select the Material tap :3D Print, Milling (PMMA), Milling (Zirconia), Splint, Denture

  3. Enter the parameters

  4. Click “Save” to finalize

  1. Click Create New Case

  2. Enter the ID (internal reference number)

  4. Select the product/services by click on Add Products icon

  5. Click on Medit Link icon

  6. Sign in with the Medit account

  7. Allow CASE/FILE/SUER from Medit page

  11. Wait till Medit message Import from Medit successfully

  12. Click Create top right corner to complete the case
